Luis Alberto Suárez Díaz was born on 24 January 1987. He is an Uruguayan striker who competes for the Uruguayan national team and Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Grêmio. Suárez, also known by his nickname El Pistolero (‘The Gunman,’) is recognized as one of the greatest footballers of all time and one of the best strikers of his generation.
