A brief biography of Sinagra

Diego Sinagra also known as Diego Jr., or Dieguito was born in 1986, Sinagra was brought up by his mother,(Cristiana Sinagra). An Italian court recognized the World Cup winner (Diego Armando) as his paternal father in 1993 and it took another 13 years before Maradona himself acknowledged him as his son. Diego Sinagra met his father for the first time in the year 2003, at a golf tournament in Fiuggi. According to the Italian press, Maradona recognized Diego Sinagra as his son in the year 2007. On August 25, 2016, Maradona publicly recognized Sinagra as his son in Argentina and declared in front of the media in Buenos Air “I love him a lot and he’s very like me.”

Diego Sinagra’s football career

Sinagra had an interest in football and he started playing at a young age showing promise by emulating the skills of his father(Diego Armando). At the age of 11, he was part of the Napoli youth squad. He represented the Italian under-17 team. In the year 2004, he joined the youth squad of Genoa for a season.

In 2005 he started his first team football career in the amateur leagues .when he joined the Cervia team in the Eccellenza division of Emilia-Romagna. In January 2006, Sinagra joined the Internapoli, from Eccellenza Campania, after being without a team for the first half of the year 2005–06 season.

He joined Quarto, in 2007 another club in the Campanian Eccellenza, Quarto was getting victorious in the Eccellenza playoffs that season and was promoted to Serie D. Sinagra then accepted the agreement to stay at Quarto for the year 2007–2008 in the Serie D season. Unfortunately, he left the club by mutual consent in the year November 16, 2007, and then follow a head coach replacement which caused him concerns about his role in the team.

Sinagra then went ahead and signed for Venafro, a Molisan Serie D team, a few weeks later. He then went ahead and signed for F.C America – (Eccellenza Campania) on December 2, 2008.

Diego Sinagra’s Career in Beach Soccer

Diego Sinagra joined the Italy national beach soccer team in the year April 29, 2008, for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup qualification which was held in pain from 11 to 18 May 2008. He played four matches in the Beach Soccer World Cup’s qualification and eventually placed Italy fourth and qualifying for the World Cup competition.

He then left Venafro and was bought by a beach soccer team called, A.S.D. Mare di Roma. He made his wonders in Beach Soccer‘s Serie ”A ”on the year 27 June 2008 in a match against Alma Juventus Fano, scoring a goal. He makes wonders by scoring 6 goals in three matches, which surprised Mare di Roma’ to convince the Italian coach Giancarlo Magrini to fix him in the team for the 2008 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup.

Sinagra made two goals for the Italians, in the 2008 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup competition and included one goal in the final match. Italy took second in the 2008 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup competition, by losing 5–3 in the final match against Brazil.

Sinagra was bought by the Napoli Beach Soccer team in the year 2009. He made his team win the Italian beach soccer championship by scoring eight goals, for the first time in its history. supported by Wikipedia
